Whether you are submitting your work to a niche blog or looking to take your part in a formal gallery, be prepared to showcase your work and a bio at a moments notice. Many times an opportunity will present itself only to be lost because of a lack of the submitter having it together. Unfortunately, things happen and photographers have to drop out of showings all the time. Be prepared to take advantage of that opportunity and reap the benefits by having your prints ready to go at a moments notice.
