The Weekend Update – Oct 6

· HEAVY HEARTS this week friends. We lost 59 American in Las Vegas this week, senselessly. Honor them by knowing their names and knowing their stories.

· Do not throw your hands up, there are so many things we can do to help including simple tasks like donating blood to our local banks.

· With 95% of the island still without power and dangerous shortages of food and water, celebrities have gotten together to bring awareness to the dire need of Puerto Rico by posting their least glamorous photos from the days of puberty. If you are looking for ways to help, there are many trusted organizations to donate to help with acute first aid.

· “We have two ears and one mouth, so we should listen more than we say.”

· 10 regrets too many people will have in 10 years so do you.

· Eight Great Instagram accounts to energize you, make you laugh and put you in a better mood today.

· Over one hundred people drew some of the most famous brand logos of our time by memory and this is how it all turned out.
