Before you start shooting for your personal project, consider who you are actually shooting for. YOU. Do your best to ditch the concerns of what others will think of it or if it will be deemed interesting to your peer circles and the more you practice this, the easier it will get. Remember, its up to you whether you decide to ever even publish your collection of work and there is no hard and fast rule for a when and where. This project is your chance to give your brain a rest from all the thinking and let your heart steer the wheel for a bit!
