Tuesday Tips #323 – Cats, Dogs and Co.
We all know by now from photographing young children that generally the best photographs are taken in the same plane as their eye levels. If you think you need to get low to photograph kids, you haven’t seen anything yet! While photoing your favorite cat or dog, you’ll spend great deal of time laying on the floor, so be prepared. We love the above “human perspective” shots of animals but when you’re low on the floor with them, you’re more likely to catch more of their personality due to the one-on-one interactions.
“The only thing you sometimes have control over is perspective. You don’t have control over your situation. But you have a choice about how you view it.”
